Your wedding car will arrive at the appointed time, complete with white bonnet ribbons and silk floral
display on the rear window shelf. Wedding umbrellas are carried in all our wedding cars.
Any special requests / requirements can be addressed provided
prior notice is given, additional costs may be involved.

We do not allow smoking in any of our wedding cars.
The hire charge covers up to two journeys, agreed in advance, from the brides pickup address to the
church. Waiting time during the church service and photographs, then one journey to the reception.
Extra journeys from the brides pickup address to the church for the bridesmaids etc.
Additional journeys after the service are possible by prior arrangement at the time of booking.

The hire charge must be agreed before confirmation of booking will be given.

The minimum hire charge is for a period not exceeding 3 hours plus 20mins maximum to & from base,
this covers the brides journeys as above plus agreed additional journeys.
Extra journeys or additional time on the day will be charged at the hourly rate,
paid to the driver in cash in advance.
Confirmation of booking will be given when the booking form
together with a non-returnable deposit of £100-00 per car is received & agreed.
Balance to be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Please note that we only book one wedding per day, per car.
James Wedding Car Hire reserves the right in the unlikely event of an accident or breakdown,
to substitute a suitable car and make discretionary financial adjustments (as deemed appropriate).
If for any reason beyond the control of James Wedding Car Hire we are unable to perform
the service shown on the booking form our client will be entitled to a full refund
for the related service, but to no further compensation.
